It is important to Tradeka that its members’ voices are heard and reflected in the cooperative’s operations and decision-making. Members can therefore submit and support member initiatives in the Oma Tradeka member portal. Initiatives may concern matters such as member benefits, business operations, investment activities or corporate responsibility. How would you change the world?
Once a member initiative has been approved, it will be published both in Oma Tradeka and on this page. The initiative then has six months to receive 200 expressions of support. Once it has reached this threshold, it will be considered by the Board of Directors of Osuuskunta Tradeka.

The member initiatives have been submitted through Oma Tradeka and have passed the approval process. Tradeka members can submit their own initiatives and support existing ones in Oma Tradeka. This page shows how much support each initiative has received so far. Initiatives are displayed in the language in which they were submitted.
