You can manage your membership information in Tradeka's member portal, Oma Tradeka. If necessary, our member services will help you with joining, resigning, or other membership-related issues.
Tradeka's member register address information is automatically updated based on change of address notifications sent to the post office. However, members who have specifically prohibited the disclosure of their address information must submit a change of address notification.
You can also check and edit your own member information in Oma Tradeka.
If you have previously used the Oma Tradeka member portal, you can easily resign from Tradeka membership by filling out an electronic resignation form in Oma Tradeka. The resignation form can be found after logging in by clicking on the arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of the page.
If you have not previously logged in to the member portal, click here. You can resign from the cooperative using your bank credentials for identification: you do not need to create credentials for the Oma Tradeka service in order to resign.
If you are unable to resign electronically, you can contact our member services to request a paper resignation form by calling 08001 22288 (toll-free). Tradeka's member services are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tradeka will refund the membership fee paid to the account specified by the member within approximately two months of receiving and processing the resignation notification.
