Representative Body
Tradeka Cooperative’s representative body represents its highest executive body. Consisting of 75 members, they are elected every six years.
Organization and Administration
Tradeka’s board and CEO are responsible for the corporate governance of the companies in the cooperative, investments in membership benefit activities, and Tradeka’s donations to non-profit activities.

Throughout its operations, Tradeka acts according to its members’ vision of good ownership. We want to empower our members to be involved in how the cooperative develops its operations in a way that is meaningful for our cooperative.
