The newest company in the group
Tradeka-Yhtiöt Oy acquired A-Katsastus Group, the transaction was completed in February 2021.
A-Katsastus Group is a leading Finnish provider of vehicle inspection and registration services. The Group also includes Ajovarma Oy, a company handling all driving examination permits in Finland.
A-Katsastus has about 150 locations and 800 employees in Finland. The Group's turnover was 62 million euros in 2021. A-Katsastus Group is the newest member of the Tradeka Group. The transaction closed in February 2021.
